Since 1^st April 2021 all tenanted properties in England must have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). This report ensures that national standards of electrical safety have been met and that the electrics are safe and fit for purpose. We provide impeccable safety assessments to residential, commercial and industrial premises and issue certification that the safety standards have been met.
